Manufacturing die tooling

The company carries out a full production cycle of manufacturing products from polymeric materials by injection molding on injection molding machines, starting from the receipt of technical specifications for casting and ending with the receipt of the finished casting. In the production cycle, a significant place is given to the design and manufacture of the mold. Our company produces molds of almost any complexity, both according to customer drawings and project documentation developed by our design bureau.

The enterprise has a large fleet of metalworking equipment, including high-precision CNC machines for processing mold-forming elements of molds. All these factors make it possible to produce injection molds of all types: - single and multi-seat; - removable (for small batches of castings) and stationary; - with one or more planes of the connector, including wedge and slide. - automatic and semi-automatic. After manufacturing, the mold is tested on injection molding machines available at our enterprise (injection volume from 1 cm3 to 6000 cm3).
